Purchase, Orders & Delivery
- 1All orders must be confirmed in writing via a purchase order or official government tender / GeM order.
- 2Prices are quoted at the time of order and are valid for the period specified in the quotation. AaryanEnterprises reserves the right to revise prices for new orders.
- 3Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary based on order volume, site location, and material availability. We will keep buyers informed of any significant delays.
- 4Installation services are available upon agreement and may attract additional charges unless specifically included in the supply order.
- 5For GeM orders, all applicable government procurement rules and conditions shall apply in addition to these terms.
- 6AaryanEnterprises is an approved supplier for Government Projects, Municipal Corporations, Panchayati Raj Institutions, and Educational Institutions in Bihar.
Warranty & Product Quality
AaryanEnterprises is an ISO-certified company dedicated to delivering premium-quality, durable products. Our warranty terms are as follows:

Structural & functional warranty as per model specification. Stainless steel body & heavy-duty compressor covered.
Solar Street Lights
Covers lightning surge, high voltage, battery overcharge & deep discharge protection per product documentation.
Gym & Park Equipment
Structural warranty on frame & moving parts under the Premium Regular Series within standard usage conditions.
- ✓Warranty periods vary by product category and are communicated at the time of purchase. Refer to your invoice or product documentation for specific warranty details.
- ✓Warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use only. It does not cover damage due to misuse, accidental damage, natural disasters, or unauthorised modification.
- ✓Warranty claims must be reported promptly to our customer service team with valid proof of purchase and a clear description of the defect.
Liability & Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, the following limitations apply:
- !AaryanEnterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
- !Our total liability in any matter related to a specific product shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for that product.
- !Customers and institutions are responsible for ensuring proper installation, safe operation, and regular maintenance of equipment as per guidelines provided by AaryanEnterprises.
- !AaryanEnterprises is not liable for injuries or property damage resulting from improper use of outdoor gym equipment, children's park equipment, or any other products supplied by us.
⚠️ Always ensure outdoor gym and children's park equipment is inspected periodically and maintained by qualified personnel. Do not allow use of damaged equipment.
Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or AaryanEnterprises's products and services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Samastipur, Bihar, India.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiations within 30 days of written notice before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
